Each experience is designed to support rest, grounding, and connection, while honoring the unique needs of your space and participants. Pricing reflects planning, setup, facilitation, and the creation of a calm, supportive sound environment in your location.

Private Off-Site Sound Sessions

Individuals, Couples & Small Families (1–4 people)

Designed for individuals, couples, or small family units who are unable to come to the studio and wish to receive a quiet, intimate sound experience in the comfort of home or a care setting.

Exchange: $150
Duration: 60 minutes
For up to 4 people

Sessions are offered as a single shared experience and may be adapted for seated or reclined comfort. This offering is intended for small, intimate gatherings and is not suitable for larger family events or reunions.

Private Group Sound Baths

Small Group (5–12 participants)

Exchange: $325
Duration: 60–75 minutes

Ideal for small gatherings, friend groups, or private celebrations seeking a shared sound experience.

• Floor-based or chair-supported listening, depending on space

• Sound and pacing adapted to group size and room acoustics

• Includes planning, setup, facilitation, and teardown

Medium Group (13–30 participants)

Exchange: $425
Duration: 60–75 minutes

Well suited for wellness studios, community groups, and larger private gatherings.

Corporate Wellness Events

(Up to 50 participants)

Exchange: Starting at $650–$850
Duration: 60–75 minutes

Designed for workplaces, retreats, and organizations seeking a restorative, professionally facilitated sound experience.

Includes:

• Custom-tailored sound experience focused on stress relief, grounding, or team connection

• Professional facilitation appropriate for corporate or retreat settings

• Pre-event consultation to align with organizational goals

Festivals & Public Events

Duration: 60–90 minutes

Designed for larger audiences in public or festival settings.

Includes:

• Immersive sound experience for large groups

• Ambient or stage-style setup, depending on event format

• Pre-event consultation to tailor the experience

Note: Higher rates may apply when sound reinforcement, amplification, or backline equipment is provided by Soul Song.

Travel & Location Fees

Travel is included within 15 miles of my base location for private off-site sessions, Sounds for Sundown offerings, and local group events.

For locations beyond this radius, the following may apply:

• 15–30 miles: $50 flat travel fee

• Beyond 30 miles: Charged at the current government mileage rate

• Long-distance or multi-day events: Lodging and per diem may apply

Travel needs for corporate events, festivals, and public gatherings are quoted individually based on distance, duration, and production requirements.
