Michele will be facilitating a sound bath in the beautiful large room at Yogi Union. Spaces need to be reserved through Yogi Union’s website: https://www.yogiunion.studio/events. Blankets/props will be provided, but you’ll need to bring your own yoga mat and eye covering.
