Sound Explorers: A Sound Bath Adventure for Kids

Come explore the world of sound! Kids and their caregivers will get hands-on with singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments in our sound “petting zoo,” then settle in for a short kid-friendly guided meditation and mini sound bath.

A playful way to explore sound, listening, and relaxation together.

For ages 5–10 with a caregiver.
