Personalized Brainwave Entrainment

Support for sleep, focus, creativity, learning, meditation, and neurological balance

This gentle assessment helps identify your unique brainwave rhythms and creates personalized sound recordings to support deep rest, relaxed focus, and nervous system balance. Brainwave entrainment is most effective when it reflects the individual rhythms of your own nervous system. While brainwave states such as Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma fall within known frequency ranges, each person naturally resonates at slightly different points within those ranges. A personalized approach honors those differences.

How binaural beats work

Binaural beats are created by playing two slightly different tones—one in each ear. The brain perceives the difference between the tones as a rhythmic pulse and gradually begins to mirror that frequency. When this pulse corresponds with a specific brainwave range, the brain can gently shift into that state.

This phenomenon has been widely studied using EEG technology, where researchers can observe the brain’s electrical activity aligning with the presented frequencies.

Brainwave states and their general qualities

Delta (approx. 0.5–3.5 Hz)
Associated with deep rest and restorative sleep. Delta states are linked to physical renewal and can leave you feeling deeply refreshed, even during meditation.

Theta (approx. 3.5–7 Hz)
A deeply relaxed, inward state often connected to imagination, creativity, and emotional openness. Theta is commonly experienced during daydreaming, artistic flow, and meditative or reflective practices.

Alpha (approx. 7–13 Hz)
A calm yet alert state that supports relaxed attention, presence, and learning. Alpha is often associated with memory integration, focus, and easeful performance.

Beta (approx. 13–20 Hz)
Linked with active thinking, problem-solving, and mental organization. Supporting balanced access to Beta activity can be helpful for tasks requiring clarity and sustained attention.

Gamma (above 20 Hz)
Often associated with heightened awareness, integration, and moments of expanded perception. Gamma activity is observed during advanced meditation and peak cognitive states.

Regularly engaging with specific brainwave states may support nervous system flexibility and encourage the formation of new neural pathways over time.

The Assessment Process

In-person sessions

During an in-person assessment, you relax on a vibroacoustic sound table while a series of tonal frequencies are played. These tones help identify the pitch that evokes the greatest sense of calm and ease for your system.

The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes. From there, a personalized audio set is created and experienced during your session. You then receive your customized recordings to use at home, either as digital downloads or physical media.
Total session time: about one hour.

Online assessments

For remote sessions, tones are played through headphones or earbuds to determine your most resonant frequency. Once identified, your personalized audio recordings are created and delivered digitally, with optional physical formats available by mail.
Assessment time: approximately 20–30 minutes.

Your Personalized Audio Recordings

You’ll receive a set of recordings designed to support multiple brainwave states, including Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta. Gamma frequencies are subtly integrated into the foundation of each track.

Each piece is approximately 20 minutes long and musically designed to be pleasant, supportive, and easy to return to regularly. The tonal center and embedded binaural beats are tailored specifically to your assessment results.

You can choose which recording to use based on your intention—rest, focus, creativity, or relaxation. While headphones offer the most precise entrainment, the music can also be enjoyed through speakers and used as gentle background support during work or daily activities.

Listening sessions can be as brief or extended as feels supportive. Over time, many people find the practice becomes a familiar anchor for regulation, clarity, and ease.
